4.1 Appendix 1: Example of Computation Gas Flare Penalties ( i)
i. When Vin | million standard cubic feet (1 MMSCF),
the penalty fee shall be $0.50 per 1,000 SCF.
Example: If Vo. = 0.9 MMSCF (900,000 SCF},
Penalty = 900 x $0.50 = $450.
i. When 1 MMSCF < Vi < 10 MMSCF,
the penalty fee shall be $1.00 per 1,000 SCF.
Example: If Vo. = 9 MMSCF (2,000,000 SCF:
Penalty = 9,000 x $1.00 = $9,000.
ii. When Vi. > 10 MMSCF,
the penalty fee shall be $1.50 per 1,000 SCF.
Example: If V = 20 MMSCF (20,000,000 SCF],
