MIDSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM PETROLEUM FEES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2026

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 32 (a) and 33 (b) and (v) of the Petroleum 
Industry Act, No. 6, 2021 (“Act”) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Nigerian 
Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (“Authority”), with the approval of the 
Minister, makes these Regulations — 
1. Amendment 
The Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Fees Regulations, No. 45 of 2024 is hereby amended 
as set out in these Regulations – 
FIRST SCHEDULE 
[regulation 5(1)(a)] 
 
(a) by replacing item 4 on the table in the first schedule as follows:
