PART IV — MISCELLANEOUS
12.  The Minister may issue implementation guidelines in collaboration
with the Federal Inland Revenue Service, Nigerian Upstream Petroleum
Regulatory Commission, Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum
Regulatory Authority and any other relevant stakeholder.
13.  In this Order —
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for finance.
14.  This Order may be cited as the Oil and Gas Companies (Tax
Incentives, Exemption, Remission, Etc) Order, 2024.
