Control procedure shall be worked out for the witnessing and approval by the Department 
of Petroleum Resources of the metering system, and its functional acceptance test before 
leaving the factory and on the completion of installation on site before commissioning. This 
shall follow the lodgement of construction and installation Program with the Department 
of Petroleum Resources.
